Koh Guarantee

Koh guarantees all Koh Guaranteed Products against defects caused by faulty materials, workmanship or function for twelve months for domestic use (not commercial use) from the date of purchase.

The Koh Guarantee covers the repair or replacement of your Koh Guaranteed Product (at Koh’s discretion) if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the guarantee period.

Koh Guaranteed Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All rights provided under your Koh Guarantee are in addition to any rights you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

Koh Guaranteed Products

The products covered by the Koh Guarantee (Koh Guaranteed Products) are:

  • Spray Mop + 5 Mop Pads
  • 360 Atomiser Spray Bottle (empty)
  • Koh Premium Grade Microfibre Cloth 4-PACK (1 Glass + 1 Bath + 2 General)

The Koh Guarantee does not apply to any products supplied by Koh other than the Koh Guaranteed Products.

Terms and Conditions of the Koh Guarantee

The terms and conditions of the Koh Guarantee are as follows:

  • The Koh Guarantee becomes effective from the date of purchase of the Koh Guaranteed Product.
  • You must provide proof of purchase for your Koh Guaranteed Product to make a claim under the Koh Guarantee.
  • If the Koh Guaranteed Product includes a number of parts or accessories, Koh may elect to repair or replace only the defective part or accessory. 
  • If a Koh Guaranteed Product is repaired or replaced during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the repaired or replaced product will expire at the expiry of the original guarantee period (i.e., 12 months from the original purchase date).
  • Exclusions to the Koh Guarantee include:
    • accidental damage or fault caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, carelessness or operation or handling of the product in a manner which is not in accordance with Koh instructions or guidance; and
    • use of the Koh Guaranteed Product for commercial or industrial use or anything other than the use that the Koh Guaranteed Product is designed for.
